Yes, completely free shipping on all purchases made on Koolkart.com, from any designer. No minimum amounts. Just shop to your hearts content.

5. 15 day return policy

We aim to provide you with the best customer service in India. Koolkart.com has a 15-day return policy, applicable from the date of delivery of the product. If the size doesn't fit or the product has a defect, you can get a full refund by couriering back the product to the designer and letting us know via email at orders@koolkart.com, along with the order number and the courier details. Once the designer receives your product, you will get a complete refund of your amount paid + reasonable shipping charges incurred by you. Have any questions on the return policy? Refund is subject to the product being returned in the same packaging and condition as delivered, along with any tags.

7. Cancellation of order

If you wish to cancel the order, please let us know by contacting us at +91 44 42065648 or drop us an email at orders@koolkart.com. If your product has not been dispatched, we will be happy to cancel your order rightaway with a complete refund, with no cancellation charges. Despite our best efforts, there may be instances, where we have to cancel your order. This could be due to unavailability of the product or other reasons. In such cases, you will get a complete refund of your order.

8. Product guarantee

We offer other users (sellers) to showcase their products on Koolkart, which can be purchased by you. We take all precautions to ensure the highest product quality. If you receive any product which is materially different from the product description on Koolkart, we will replace or refund your purchase amount if Koolkart is intimated by email at orders@koolkart.com within 15 days. Any decision on the replacement or refund guarantee is at the sole discretion of the website and shall be final and binding. The website reserves the right to alter or withdraw the return/refund/replacement policy without any intimation.
